Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg, vanilla, and mashed bananas, and mix until well combined.

  6. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. Prepare the cream cheese glaze by beating together cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  10. Drizzle or spread the glaze over cooled cookies before serving.
