- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, diced onions, minced garlic, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into eight equal portions and shape into cupcakes.
- Wrap each cupcake with a slice of beef bacon, tucking the ends underneath.
- Drizzle extra BBQ sauce over each cupcake.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C) and the bacon is crispy.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool for about 5 minutes before transferring to a serving platter.
- Garnish with additional BBQ sauce and chopped fresh parsley before serving.
