Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, diced onions, minced garlic, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until just combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into eight equal portions and shape into cupcakes.
  4. Wrap each cupcake with a slice of beef bacon, tucking the ends underneath.
  5. Drizzle extra BBQ sauce over each cupcake.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C) and the bacon is crispy.
  7. Allow the cupcakes to cool for about 5 minutes before transferring to a serving platter.
  8. Garnish with additional BBQ sauce and chopped fresh parsley before serving.
