Flavor
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract use pure extract for optimal flavor
  • 1 pinch sea salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce choose a thick, rich caramel for best results

Method
 

Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds (if using), milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir thoroughly for about 1-2 minutes until everything is nicely blended.
  2. Gently fold in caramel sauce for about 30 seconds to create ribbons of caramel throughout the oats.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a mason jar or an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats well and top with an extra swirl of caramel, sea salt, and fresh fruits or crunchy toppings as desired.
  5. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Add a splash of milk if the consistency is too thick.
