- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C), placing a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat for about 20 minutes.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12–14 inch round circle and transfer it onto a piece of parchment paper.
- Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil, focusing particularly on the exposed edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly across the dough, then layer with parmesan cheese.
- Carefully transfer your pizza onto the hot pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for about 10-14 minutes.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, tear the burrata into pieces and scatter them over the hot surface, then layer the prosciutto on top.
- Drizzle honey over the top of the pizza according to your sweetness preference.
