Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C), placing a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat for about 20 minutes.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12–14 inch round circle and transfer it onto a piece of parchment paper.
  3. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil, focusing particularly on the exposed edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly across the dough, then layer with parmesan cheese.
  5. Carefully transfer your pizza onto the hot pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for about 10-14 minutes.
  6. Remove the pizza from the oven, tear the burrata into pieces and scatter them over the hot surface, then layer the prosciutto on top.
  7. Drizzle honey over the top of the pizza according to your sweetness preference.
  8. Finish with freshly cracked black pepper, red pepper flakes, and fresh arugula or herbs before serving.
