- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine your finely chopped fresh spinach, crumbled feta cheese, almond flour, egg, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop portions of the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet. Flatten each scoop to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place the baking sheet in your preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are golden brown.
