  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder fresh garlic can elevate the taste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper adjust to taste, add red pepper flakes for kick

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine your finely chopped fresh spinach, crumbled feta cheese, almond flour, egg, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop portions of the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet. Flatten each scoop to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Place the baking sheet in your preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  5. Allow the crisps to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before serving.
