  • 1 cup Frozen Spinach Thawed and drained
For the Cheesy Topping
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Can swap for cheddar or vegan cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Used in mixture and topping

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C).
  2. Prepare the spinach by thawing and draining it.
  3. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then drain.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, bacon, spinach, broccoli, garlic, ranch dressing, and half of both cheeses.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish, pressing down gently.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
