  • 0.5 cup Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1 oz Dry Ranch Dressing Seasoning consider homemade mixes for a twist
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese add during the last 30 minutes of cooking

Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by placing 2 to 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. Next, sprinkle a generous amount of cooked bacon pieces over the chicken.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine 8 oz of softened cream cheese, 10.5 oz of cream of chicken soup, and ½ cup of low-sodium chicken broth. Stir continuously for about 5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  4. Once your sauce is velvety, stir in 1 oz of dry ranch dressing seasoning until fully incorporated and pour over the chicken and bacon.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and set it to LOW for 4 to 6 hours.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle 1½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
  7. Once cooking time is done, shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks and serve over rice or in tortillas.
