Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, sliced zucchini, halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly until well-coated.
  3. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
