- Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Roll out the prepared pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to the prepared baking tray and brush the top with olive oil.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Using the back of a spoon, make four small wells in the cheese layer and crack one egg into each well.
- Distribute crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced green onions over the cheese and eggs. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the crust is golden and egg whites are set but yolks remain slightly runny.
- Allow to cool slightly, then slice into wedges and serve warm.
