Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) or set your air fryer to the same temperature.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease your air fryer basket.
  3. Mash the ripe bananas in a medium bowl until smooth, free of lumps.
  4. Add the almond flour (or oat flour) and optional cinnamon, and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  5. Wet your hands lightly and roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes in the oven, or air-fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Roll warm donut holes in a mixture of coconut sugar and cinnamon or shredded coconut.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before serving.
