Cheesecake Layer
  • 2 packages Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Hot Fudge Sauce
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup Corn Syrup

Method
 

Brownie Layer
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, melted butter, and cocoa powder.
  3. Add eggs, flour, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until combined.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared springform pan.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
Cheesecake Layer
  1. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled brownie layer.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool completely.
Hot Fudge Sauce
  1. In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips, heavy cream, and corn syrup over low heat.
  2. Stir until smooth and heated through. Remove from heat.
Assembly
  1. Drizzle the hot fudge sauce over the cooled cheesecake.
  2. Cut into slices and serve.
