  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan by greasing and lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Blend the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 11 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then mix in hot cocoa mix, cocoa powder, sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla until combined.
