Preparation Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until smooth.
- Gently fold in the chopped fresh strawberries into the oats mixture.
- Transfer the mixed oats and strawberry blend into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- When ready to serve, stir the oats well and top with additional strawberries and crushed graham crackers.
