  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt can be regular or non-dairy
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese can be vegan
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup or agave/stevia
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract or almond extract
  • 1 pinch Salt to elevate sweetness
For the Strawberry Layer
  • 1 cup Chopped Fresh Strawberries or strained frozen strawberries

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the chopped fresh strawberries into the oats mixture.
  3. Transfer the mixed oats and strawberry blend into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. When ready to serve, stir the oats well and top with additional strawberries and crushed graham crackers.
