Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Gently add the potato gnocchi and cook for 2-4 minutes until they float to the surface.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until foamy but not browned.
  3. Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens.
  6. Gently add the drained gnocchi and toss in the sauce.
