Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by pouring 16 ounces of filtered water into a medium saucepan. Heat over medium-high until it reaches a rolling boil.
  2. Once the water is boiling, carefully remove the saucepan from heat and add in 2-3 passion tea bags. Allow them to steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and stir in granulated sugar and a splash of vanilla extract until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. Transfer the sweetened tea mixture into a heat-resistant pitcher and place it in the refrigerator. Let it chill for at least 1 hour.
  5. Once chilled, measure out 4 ounces of fresh-squeezed lemonade and pour it into the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.
  6. To serve, fill glasses with ice and pour the drink over the ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon if desired.
