Method

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together cornmeal, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the beaten eggs until just incorporated.
  6. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and evenly spread the mixture into the prepared dish.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden-brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
