Ingredients

For the Strawberry Acai Base
  • 1 cup White Grape Juice Or white cranberry strawberry juice as a shortcut.
  • 1/2 cup Freeze-Dried Strawberries For mixture and garnish.
  • 1 tablespoon Acai Powder Optional.
  • 1 teaspoon Green Coffee Extract Powder Optional.
  • 1 teaspoon Passionfruit Powder Adjust with additional fruity flavors if needed.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Preferably fresh.
For the Drink Assembly
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk Sweetened or unsweetened based on preference.

Equipment

  • Saucepan
  • fine sieve
  • Ice-filled Cocktail Shaker
  • tall glass

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, combine white grape juice and sliced strawberries over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 10 minutes until the strawberries soften. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to create a smooth Strawberry Acai base.
  2. In the strained Strawberry Acai mixture, stir in acai powder, green coffee extract, passionfruit powder, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix well until dissolved and cool in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. Once cooled, grab an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Pour in 1/2 cup of the Strawberry Acai base and add 1/2 cup of sweetened coconut milk. Toss in freeze-dried strawberries, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  4. Pour the shaken mixture into a tall glass filled with ice, top with additional freeze-dried strawberries, and adjust sweetness if desired.
  5. For a quick version, combine 1/2 cup of white cranberry strawberry juice with 1/2 cup of sweetened coconut milk in an ice-filled shaker. Shake until blended and pour over ice.
