- Start by boiling water in a kettle until it reaches a rolling boil. Pour 1 cup of brewed tea into a teapot and steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
- While the tea brews, pit fresh cherries and blend until smooth for about 30 seconds. If using cherry juice, heat gently in a saucepan for 2 minutes.
- Stir 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the cherry mixture, followed by your chosen sweetener.
- Once the tea is steeped, pour it into the cherry mixture and stir for 30 seconds.
- For a hot latte, froth the milk and pour it over the mixture. For an iced version, fill a glass with ice before pouring the tea mixture over.
