Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats with milk and soak for 5 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef, chopped onion, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the soaked oats and mix gently.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the loaf pan and shape into a neat loaf.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze, and coat the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C), applying the remaining glaze halfway through.
  7. Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice and serve alongside your favorite sides.
