- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats with milk and soak for 5 minutes.
- Add ground beef, chopped onion, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the soaked oats and mix gently.
- Transfer the mixture into the loaf pan and shape into a neat loaf.
- In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze, and coat the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C), applying the remaining glaze halfway through.
- Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice and serve alongside your favorite sides.
