  • 1 medium Bell Pepper Slice them thin to fit neatly in the rolls.
Dipping Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Spicy Mayo or Vinaigrette Pairs wonderfully with the rolls.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Using a mandoline or a sharp knife, slice the cucumber lengthwise into thin strips, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. In a medium bowl, soften the cream cheese until it’s creamy and spreadable.
  3. Take a cucumber slice and spread a generous layer of the mixed cream cheese evenly across the entire surface.
  4. Lay slices of the deli meat over the cream cheese layer, ensuring they cover the cucumber slice completely.
  5. Starting from one end of the cucumber slice, gently roll it up towards the opposite end, keeping the layers tight.
  6. Continue this process with the remaining cucumber slices and fillings until all ingredients have been used.
