- Using a mandoline or a sharp knife, slice the cucumber lengthwise into thin strips, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a medium bowl, soften the cream cheese until it’s creamy and spreadable.
- Take a cucumber slice and spread a generous layer of the mixed cream cheese evenly across the entire surface.
- Lay slices of the deli meat over the cream cheese layer, ensuring they cover the cucumber slice completely.
- Starting from one end of the cucumber slice, gently roll it up towards the opposite end, keeping the layers tight.
- Continue this process with the remaining cucumber slices and fillings until all ingredients have been used.
