- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, crumbled feta, dried oregano, dried basil, onion powder, garlic powder, dried dill, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 15 equal portions and roll each into uniform meatballs, roughly the size of a golf ball.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and carefully sear the meatballs for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Cover and cook for another 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add dried orzo and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain the orzo and mix with lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil or butter, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Serve by placing seasoned orzo on each plate and topping with Greek Chicken Meatballs. Drizzle with extra olive oil if desired.
