Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Boil 3½ cups of water in a large pot over medium-high heat until it reaches a rolling boil.
  2. Add 6 oz. of peach gelatin and 1½ cups of granulated sugar to the boiling water, stirring continuously for 2-3 minutes until dissolved.
  3. Mix in 12 oz. of frozen lemonade concentrate and 46 oz. of unsweetened pineapple juice, stirring for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in 6 cups of cold water, stirring to blend well.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for 30-60 minutes.
  6. Just before serving, gently stir in 2 liters of white lemon-lime soda.
  7. Garnish with fresh peach slices and sprigs of mint before serving.
