Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter and chocolate chips. Microwave together in 30-second increments until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and eggs until blended and shiny.
  4. Add the dry ingredients: sugar, flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Fold until just combined.
  5. Fold in 1½ chopped Hershey Bars, then pour the mixture into the greased pan, spreading evenly.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes until edges are set and center looks slightly underbaked. A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Let the brownies cool slightly, then sprinkle with remaining chopped Hershey Bars, graham crackers, and marshmallows.
  8. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown. Watch closely to prevent burning.
  9. Cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve warm or at room temperature.
