Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and chopped chocolate. Chill dough for at least 3 hours.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F. Scoop balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets. Bake for 6 minutes, then add more marshmallows and chunks. Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  6. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
