Dough Preparation
- Warm the milk to 110°F and sprinkle yeast; let sit until foamy.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly.

First Rise
- Place dough in greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
Peach Jam
- Combine chopped peaches, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan; cook until thickened.
Cinnamon Crumb Topping
- Mix brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, salt, flour, and melted butter.
- Spread mixture on baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 8 minutes.
Assemble Rolls
- Roll out dough into a rectangle, spread cinnamon filling, peach jam, and crumb topping.
- Roll dough into a log and slice into 12 rolls.
Second Rise
- Place rolls in greased pan, cover, and rise for another 20 minutes.
Bake
