Ingredients
  

For the Pasta
  • 8 ounces pasta spaghetti or fettuccine recommended
For the Sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup cream can substitute with milk and flour
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated preferred
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water over high heat. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-12 minutes. Reserve some pasta water and drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and slightly golden. Do not burn.
  3. Pour in cream and bring to a gentle simmer, bubbling lightly for 2-3 minutes. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Fold in the drained pasta, tossing to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency. Cook on low for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.

Notes
