Cooking Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water over high heat. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-12 minutes. Reserve some pasta water and drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and slightly golden. Do not burn.
- Pour in cream and bring to a gentle simmer, bubbling lightly for 2-3 minutes. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Fold in the drained pasta, tossing to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency. Cook on low for 1-2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
