Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare the baking sheet by covering it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
  2. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat and add diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Mix in your seasonings and sauces, allowing it to simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes, then set aside to cool.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, approximately 12x15 inches.
  6. Spread the cooled filling evenly over the dough, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese, and tightly roll it up to form a log shape.
  7. Melt butter, mix in garlic powder, and brush the rolled dough generously with this mixture.
  8. Place the garbage bread on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing into 1-inch portions and garnish with chopped parsley.
