- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the sheet, leaving space between each bite.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips or drizzle melted dark chocolate over the tops if desired.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2 to 3 hours, or until the bites are firm to the touch.
- After setting, transfer the bites to an airtight container, using parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking.
