- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drain and blend the full-fat cottage cheese until smooth.
- Beat the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix egg yolks with cottage cheese and optional ingredients.
- Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites.
- Carefully fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Scoop the batter onto the baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
