Step-by-Step Instructions for Christmas Rice Krispie Treat Bites
  1. Melt the Butter in a medium saucepan over low heat until bubbling but not browning, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add 3 cups of mini marshmallows and stir continuously for about 3-4 minutes until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in desired food coloring until vibrant.
  4. Gently fold in 3 cups of Kellogg’s Rice Krispie cereal for about 2 minutes until coated.
  5. Optional: Add Nonpareils Christmas sprinkles and fold lightly for about 1 minute.
  6. Allow the mixture to cool for about 10 minutes before shaping.
  7. Shape into 0.6 oz bites and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  8. Let bites set at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Repeat steps for additional colors if desired.
