  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
For the Toppings
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro optional
  • 1 medium Avocado diced
  • 1 lime Lime Wedges for serving

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté cubed chicken breast for 6 to 8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add sliced onions and diced bell peppers, cooking for 5 to 7 minutes until softened.
  4. Reduce heat to low, mix in the creamy sauce and fajita seasoning, cooking for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading evenly.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving with cilantro, avocado, and lime wedges.
