- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Mash the ripe bananas until smooth, leaving some small chunks.
- Whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Fold the mashed bananas into the peanut butter mixture.
- Whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda, then gradually mix into wet ingredients.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes. Check for doneness after 35 minutes.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
