  • ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs room temperature

  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter natural preferred
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips high-quality recommended
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  3. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth, leaving some small chunks.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
  5. Fold the mashed bananas into the peanut butter mixture.
  6. Whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda, then gradually mix into wet ingredients.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes. Check for doneness after 35 minutes.
  9. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
