  • 1 each fresh lemon juice only

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, pour in 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil and set it over medium heat. Allow the oil to heat until it shimmers, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add 3-4 minced garlic cloves to the skillet and sauté them for about 30 seconds.
  3. Carefully place the peeled and deveined shrimp in a single layer in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring.
  4. Gently flip the shrimp over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they become opaque and tender.
  5. Pour in the freshly squeezed juice of one lemon, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the shrimp.
