Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a pizza stone or a baking sheet inside to heat.
  2. Take out the hot pizza stone or baking sheet and place the flatbread on it. Brush olive oil over the flatbread.
  3. Spread basil pesto over the flatbread. Add rotisserie chicken, fresh mozzarella, and tomatoes. Drizzle more olive oil on top.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts and edges of flatbread are golden brown.
  5. Let cool, garnish with fresh basil and balsamic glaze, slice, and serve warm.
