- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a pizza stone or a baking sheet inside to heat.
- Take out the hot pizza stone or baking sheet and place the flatbread on it. Brush olive oil over the flatbread.
- Spread basil pesto over the flatbread. Add rotisserie chicken, fresh mozzarella, and tomatoes. Drizzle more olive oil on top.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts and edges of flatbread are golden brown.
- Let cool, garnish with fresh basil and balsamic glaze, slice, and serve warm.
