Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 12 ounces of whipped topping with one package of dry instant vanilla pudding mix. Use a whisk or spatula to stir these ingredients together until smooth, which takes about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in 1 cup of drained crushed pineapple and 1 cup of well-drained mandarin oranges into the creamy mixture.
  3. Stir in 2 cups of pastel mini marshmallows. Gently fold together with the fruit and creamy mix.
  4. If desired, fold in 1/2 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts.
