Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 13x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Crush the graham crackers and mix with granulated sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the dish.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Spread over the crust.
  4. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, heavy cream, butter, and salt. Boil for one minute, then stir in vanilla and pecans.
