For the Mocktail
  • 6 fresh raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 5 mint leaves substitute with basil if needed
  • 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice for best taste
  • 0.5 oz honey maple syrup can be used for vegan
  • 1 cup club soda or sparkling water
For Garnish
  • 1 mint sprig for garnish
  • 2 raspberries for garnish

Method
 

Mocktail Preparation
  1. In a sturdy glass, place 6 raspberries, 5 mint leaves, 0.5 oz lemon juice, and 0.5 oz honey. Muddle for about 15 seconds.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes, about 3/4 full.
  3. Pour club soda slowly over the ice until filled, leaving space at the top.
  4. Gently stir the drink for 10-15 seconds to mix.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a few raspberries on top.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
