  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, drained Rotel, and drained corn. Stir in 1 cup of shredded Colby Jack cheese until well combined.
  3. Transfer the chicken mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread it evenly.
