- In a large mixing bowl, layer shredded Napa cabbage and chopped iceberg lettuce.

- Top salad with cooked chicken, mandarin oranges, shredded carrots, and sliced green onions.
- Drizzle more dressing on top and reserve some for serving.
- Serve on a platter, garnished with optional wonton strips or chow mein noodles.
