  • 1 unit Lime Juice Use fresh lime for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 2 cups Ice Ensure it’s crushed.
Raspberry Layer
  • 2 cups Frozen Raspberries Fresh raspberries can be used.
  • 1 cup Coconut Water Same as used in mango layer.
  • 1 unit Lime Juice Essential for citrusy flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Adjust based on raspberry tartness.
  • 2 cups Ice Crushed well for blending.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a blender, combine frozen mango, 1 cup of coconut water, juice of 1 lime, a tablespoon of honey, and 2 cups of crushed ice. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Rinse the blender and in the same blender, add 2 cups of frozen raspberries, 1 cup of coconut water, the juice of 1 lime, a tablespoon of honey, and 2 cups of crushed ice. Blend until smooth.
  3. To layer the drink, spoon the raspberry mixture over the back of a spoon held above the mango layer to create a beautiful layered effect.
  4. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge on the rim of the glass and serve immediately.
