Cookie Preparation
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix until smooth and blended for 1-2 minutes.
- Add rolled oats and chocolate chips to the mixture. Stir gently but thoroughly for another 1-2 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown. Center should remain soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
