Cooking Steps
- Chop onion, bell pepper, carrot, and celery into bite-sized pieces. Add them to the slow cooker.
- Pour in the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes, including the juices. Stir gently.
- Rinse the black beans, kidney beans, and pinto beans under cold water. Add them to the slow cooker and mix.
- Sprinkle in the salt, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, and smoked paprika. Mix thoroughly.
- Cover and cook on high for 4–5 hours or low for 6–7 hours.
- Once cooked, stir in lime juice and hot sauce. Serve warm.
