  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets vibrant green
  • 3 cloves fresh minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil for dairy-free
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh or bottled
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika or regular paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper adjust to taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425ºF (220ºC).
  2. Lay out two pieces of aluminum foil, each measuring approximately 14x12 inches.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  4. Coat the shrimp with the spice mixture and toss to ensure an even coating.
  5. On each foil sheet, place seasoned shrimp and a handful of broccoli florets.
  6. Top each pack with minced garlic, lemon juice, and small pats of butter.
  7. Fold the foil to seal each packet, leaving space for steam to circulate.
  8. Place packets on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes.
  9. Once cooked, unwrap carefully and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
