Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a high-speed blender, combine 2 ripe frozen bananas, 1 cup of frozen coconut milk, 1/2 cup of oat milk, and 1/2 cup of rolled oats. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Incorporate 1/4 cup of natural peanut butter, 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, a dash of nutmeg, and a pinch of ground cloves into the blender. Blend on medium speed for another 15-20 seconds.
  3. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of raisins and 1/4 cup of vegan chocolate chips or chunks with a spatula.
  4. Scoop the mixture into bowls to serve immediately, or pour into a bread pan and freeze for 2-3 hours for a firmer texture.
