- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, sliced jalapenos, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick and slice into 2-inch-wide strips.
- Spoon filling onto one half of each pastry strip, fold the other half over, and twist to create a spiral shape.
- Brush the tops of the twists with whisked egg and arrange on the baking sheet.
