- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and prepare your baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and milk, followed by garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
