Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and prepare your baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and milk, followed by garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  4. Grease a baking dish and pour the beef mixture into it. Spread evenly, then layer with drained corn and shredded cheese.
  5. Cover the cheese with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
