Step-by-Step Instructions
- Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat and add lean ground beef. Break the beef into small pieces while it cooks for 5-7 minutes until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Return the cooked ground beef to the pan and stir in taco seasoning along with water or beef broth. Cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
- While the beef simmers, cook Mexican rice in a pot or microwave for 3-4 minutes until warm.
- To prepare tortillas, microwave them for 30 seconds covered with a damp paper towel until warm and pliable.
- Layer the seasoned beef in the center of each tortilla, followed by rice, Fritos, cheese dip, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll from the bottom up to enclose the filling tightly.
- For extra crispiness, toast the rolled burritos seam-side down in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces or toppings.

Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor and don't overload tortillas to facilitate easy rolling.
