- Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
Cooking Method
- Choose your cooking method: skillet, oven, or air fryer.
- For skillet, heat oil and cook salmon for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- For oven, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes.
- For air fryer, cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway.
- Once cooked, toss salmon with the prepared bang bang sauce.
- Optionally, garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.
