- Once cooled, pour the butter and brown sugar mixture into the cream mixture. Stir gently until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the roasted pecans until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, typically about 20-25 minutes until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer churned ice cream into a lidded container and smooth the top. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
