  1. Begin by prepping your garnishes. Slice 3–4 thin rounds of cucumber and place them in a bowl filled with ice-cold water for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Peel and chop one English cucumber into small pieces, aiming for around 1 cup.
  3. In a blender, combine the chopped cucumber, fresh mint leaves, sweetener, and 1 cup of water. Blend on high for 30 seconds.
  4. Strain the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher, extracting as much liquid as possible.
  5. Stir in freshly squeezed lime juice and a pinch of black salt, adjusting sweetness as desired.
  6. Serve in tall glasses filled with ice, garnished with soaked cucumber slices and mint leaves.
